About The Position

Advanced Heat Treat Corp. (AHT) is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and resourceful leader with exceptional interpersonal skills to join their team as Plant Manager in Cullman, AL. This is a leadership role within a values-driven, family-owned company that is an established leader in the heat treat industry. The Plant Manager will be responsible for providing overall leadership to the Cullman facility, meeting the objectives of the company's overall vision and strategy, and serving as a member of the Advanced Heat Treat executive management team. AHT has a mission of "Exceeding Expectations with UltraGlowing Results" and has over 45 years of experience in heat treating solutions for various industries. They have four strategically located facilities and hold multiple certifications including ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016, FFL, and NADCAP. AHT is recognized as a worldwide leader in the heat treat market.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a manufacturing environment with supervisory experience.

• Prior heat treat and/or sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facility manager of the Cullman Alabama business unit.
• Continue to enhance upon our strong culture and build long-lasting employee and customer relationships.
• Collaborate with other business areas and units to achieve financial and strategic goals.
• Ensure all safety and environmental regulations are met.
• Drive facility continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Manage effective customer communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure facility team members are effectively trained and developed.
• Will require travel to customers and the corporate facility.
