The Service Advisor is responsible for inspecting vehicles to determine necessary repairs. This role involves visually inspecting vehicles, determining the extent of damage (body, structural, mechanical, or interior), preparing repair estimates, and explaining the repair process to customers. The Service Advisor also communicates with customers and insurance companies regarding damages, obtains repair authorization, and manages the final quality control inspection. Additionally, they handle the total loss process and deliver the repaired vehicle to the customer, ensuring all TCC safety standards, guidelines, and procedures are followed. Other related duties may be assigned.
