About The Position

As a Service Advisor, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas. You’re responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians. Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves location experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!

Requirements

  • Full time availability
  • At least 18 years old
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Creative, positive, team player attitude
  • Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
  • Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
  • Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
  • Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
  • Offer solutions and added services to guests
  • Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
  • Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
  • Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
  • Process monetary transactions
