Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Computer proficiency and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Positive attitude and a team-first mentality

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
  • Prepare estimates and explain repairs in a clear, customer-friendly manner
  • Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and repair progress
  • Keep customers informed throughout the service process
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience from vehicle check-in through delivery
