About The Position

Volkswagen of Lewisville is seeking motivated and customer-focused Service Advisors to join their growing Service Center. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with understanding their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs, outlining service options, and providing clear cost estimates before coordinating with technicians. This role is crucial in representing the Service Department.

Requirements

Flexible availability to meet business needs
Sales experience with automotive industry knowledge
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software systems
Ability to complete onboarding in a timely manner
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 5 hours)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
A valid driver's license
Successfully complete all pre-employment screening processes

Responsibilities

Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs, including costs and service options
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records, invoices, payments, and warranty verification
Promote additional services and products to support service department revenue goals
Schedule service appointments and prepare detailed repair orders with technicians
Verify insurance information and coordinate loaner vehicles as needed
Provide timely service updates and communication throughout the repair process
