About The Position

Hanania Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for Westside Hyundai in Jacksonville, Florida. The Service Advisor is at the center of customer interactions, building loyalty and providing a high-quality service experience. The role involves serving multiple customers, managing priorities, keeping follow-ups on track, and helping create positive customer experiences in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
Set and confirm appointments to streamline customers’ service experiences.
Determine vehicle needs using customer information and vehicle walk-arounds, and use consultative selling to plan ongoing maintenance.
Create transparent repair orders with detailed cost and time estimates.
Communicate with technicians and parts associates to support timely job completion.
Follow up with customers about vehicle status.
Achieve targeted sales goals and build product knowledge to support service maintenance and warranty needs.
Accurately process cash and check receipts according to company policy.
