About The Position

Toyota of Medford, a rapidly growing Toyota dealership, is seeking an exceptional Service Advisor to join their team. This role is crucial in providing an outstanding ownership experience for guests by serving as the primary connection between guests and the service department. The Service Advisor is responsible for building trust, creating loyalty, and ensuring guest satisfaction through clear communication, problem-solving, and professional service. Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds and accurately document service requests
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services with honesty and transparency
  • Schedule maintenance, repairs, and recall appointments
  • Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely repairs
  • Keep guests informed throughout the repair process with proactive updates
  • Review completed repairs to ensure every concern has been addressed
  • Deliver vehicles with confidence while explaining completed work and future maintenance recommendations
  • Build long-term relationships that create loyal guests and lifelong advocates
