About The Position

Suburban Ford of Romeo is a high-volume, fast-moving service operation with more work than we can handle. We need a proven, battle-tested Service Advisor who can step in immediately, take control of the drive, and turn opportunity into results. If you know how to move tickets, drive revenue, and keep customers coming back—you will thrive here. If not, this is not your job. This is a performance-driven role. Speed, accuracy, and communication are non-negotiable.

Requirements

• Previous Service Advisor experience (strongly preferred)
• Solid mechanical understanding of modern vehicles
• Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and consistently
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

• Prior automotive technician experience is a major plus
• A team-first mentality with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns quickly and accurately
• Verify warranties and service contracts
• Build strong, profitable estimates for labor, parts, and materials
• Write repair orders, secure approvals, and move work through the shop fast
• Act as the single point of accountability between customer and technician
• Clearly communicate issues, solutions, and expectations on both sides
• Identify and sell additional services the right way—professional, direct, and effective
• Handle manufacturer warranty processes without error
• Keep customers informed, engaged, and loyal
• Protect CSI while driving throughput and revenue
