About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join their Service team at Ford Prineville. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, serving clients throughout the community. The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for customers in the service department, with the goal of building lifelong service customers. The position requires high-level customer service skills, time management, strong work ethics, and excellent communication. Key responsibilities include making recommendations and prioritizing vehicle repairs and maintenance for customers.

Requirements

High level customer service experience.
Ability to demonstrate time management.

Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers.
A valid driver's license.
A good driving record.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
2 years of service writing experience.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed.
Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
Inputting and maintaining customer information.
Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day.
Scheduling service appointments.
