Requirements
- Prior service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills
- Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on ethical recommendations
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Comfortable using dealership DMS and related software
- Professional, customer‑focused approach
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Maintain an acceptable driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Drive the sale of technicians’ time to meet the department’s goals
- Prioritize recommended services and present options clearly
- Keep customers informed on repair timelines, costs, and updates
- Maintain consistent communication between customers and technicians
- Deliver a positive, seamless dealership experience from start to finish
