About The Position

Sloane Toyota of Glenside is looking to add a Service Advisor to their team. The dealership has been in business for over thirty years and has a large, established customer base. They offer a strong, performance-based pay plan and a supportive environment for career advancement. This role involves interacting with customers to advise them on necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs, preparing work orders, and promoting sales of services, parts, and accessories.

Requirements

At least two years of experience in a dealership setting.
Service Advisor experience is a MUST.
Positive attitude.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Process and detail oriented with developed organizational skills.
Confident in ability to work under pressure and prioritize.
CSI focused.
Professional personal appearance.

Nice To Haves

Reynolds experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Refer to service history, inspect vehicles, and recommend service to clients.
Help customers understand the value of maintaining their vehicles and advise on necessary service.
Communicate inspection results, present corrective procedures, and prepare work orders for repairs.
Prepare repair orders showing time and cost estimates for service.
Accurately describe customer concerns to technicians.
Explain performed work and repair order charges to customers.
Promote the sales of services, parts, and accessories by understanding product and service requirements.
Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with warranty specifications.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
