Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing exceptional service and support.
• Advise customers on repairs, maintenance, and service options suitable for their vehicle needs.
• Manage repair orders and coordinate between customers and the service team.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate service progress effectively.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
