About The Position

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between the customer and the technician, managing the vehicle repair process from start to finish. This role involves greeting customers, scheduling appointments, handling all necessary paperwork, keeping customers informed about repair status and needs, and communicating effectively with technicians, management, and other departments to ensure problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Be the interface between the customer and the technician for vehicle repairs
  • Greet customers
  • Schedule appointments
  • Complete all necessary paperwork in regards to automotive repairs
  • Keep the customer updated on the status of repairs and explain any repairs needed on their vehicle
  • Relay all pertinent information to the technician for completion of the work
  • Follow up on detail oriented tasks
  • Communicate with guests, management, and other departments to solve problems
