Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience from arrival to vehicle pickup.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair and maintenance needs.
Prepare repair orders and communicate effectively with technicians.
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle inspections.
Build trust and long-term customer relationships through honest communication and outstanding service.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time.
Help maintain a positive, organized, and professional service drive.
