Sloane Honda is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their top-performing service team in a brand new, state-of-the-art dealership. The dealership boasts over 60,000 square feet with upgraded service bays, highly skilled technicians, a modern service write-up area, and a customer lounge. This role is crucial in helping customers understand vehicle maintenance, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the sales of services, parts, and accessories. The ideal candidate will have prior dealership experience, strong sales skills, and a commitment to high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Refer to service history, inspect vehicles, and recommend service to clients.
- Promote the sales of services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements.
- Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with warranty specifications.
- Help customers understand the value of maintaining their vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service and surpass all customer demands and expectations.
