Sloane Honda is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their top-performing service team in a brand new, state-of-the-art dealership. The role involves assisting customers in understanding the value of vehicle maintenance, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the sales of services, parts, and accessories. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a dealership setting, strong sales skills, and a commitment to high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Refer to service history, inspect vehicles, and recommend service to clients.
- Promote the sales of services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements.
- Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with warranty specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service and surpass all customer demands and expectations.
- Help customers understand the value of maintaining their vehicles.
