About The Position
We are looking for an Experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is a key contributor within our customer service team. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of vehicles and services.
Requirements
- Previous service writer experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven automotive industry knowledge – familiarity with all products and services
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all clients
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers
- Process service requests and billing documents
- Assist customers in understanding the range of services available
- Investigate and solve customer complaints
- Document customer details and updates when necessary
- Handle all payment transactions
