About The Position

We are looking for a hard-working individual with the willingness to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume store. Must be reliable, customer service-oriented, and multi-tasking is a must. Only serious candidates to apply, prior experience is recommended. CDK experienced with prior automotive background a plus!

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a service advisor recommended
  • Willing to work long hours
  • Willing to undergo drug-screen, background check, and DMV check
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • CDK experience
  • Prior automotive experience

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate repair options clearly.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and follow up with customers post-service.
  • Stay informed about automotive technology and service trends to provide knowledgeable advice.
  • Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
