About The Position

Better Collision Centers is growing and seeking a Service Advisor who prioritizes people over paperwork. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and make an impact, especially those with dealership experience looking to transition into the collision industry. The Service Advisor will manage the entire repair process from vehicle drop-off to delivery, building trust and maintaining communication with customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Dealership, hospitality, or automotive experience.
  • Familiarity with CCC One or Mitchell.

Responsibilities

  • Own the repair process from keys to keys, managing the customer experience from drop-off to delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and keep them informed throughout the repair process.
  • Write estimates, including for the Enterprise rental fleet partnership.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Order parts and manage supplements.
  • Handle authorizations and documentation.
  • Deliver vehicles back to customers confidently.
