Requirements

• Dealership experience preferred
• Strong customer service, sales, automotive knowledge, and administrative skills
• Must be drug-free, have a good driving record, and be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally; keep them informed of wait times
• Perform a walk-around with customers at check-in, presenting a service menu with recommended maintenance
• Obtain and accurately record customer and vehicle information
• Educate customers on vehicle care and maintenance based on manufacturers' specifications
