Requirements
- Dealership experience preferred
- Strong customer service, sales, automotive knowledge, and administrative skills
- Must be drug-free, have a good driving record, and be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally; keep them informed of wait times
- Perform a walk-around with customers at check-in, presenting a service menu with recommended maintenance
- Obtain and accurately record customer and vehicle information
- Educate customers on vehicle care and maintenance based on manufacturers' specifications
