About The Position

North End Motors in Canton MA has been servicing New England customers since 1986. North End Motors is a large preowned superstore with a high volume, fast paced and robust service dept servicing 100's of retail service customers per month. We are looking for only one service advisor to join our 2 other team members, preferably with previous experience to help meet demand. It is important to us that the potential candidate has good character, professionalism, a positive demeanor and strong communication skills. Responsibilities

• Meet demand for service advising in a high volume, fast-paced service department.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Benefits

• Base salary starts at $900 per week.
• Progressive monthly bonus program (3.25% to 5.25% based on production).
• Monthly CSI bonus (0.75% to 1.5%).
• ELR monthly bonus up to $650.
• Team achievement bonus up to $500.
