Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

OEM service experience preferred, not required.
Previous automotive service or sales experience is a plus.
Strong verbal communication skills and a professional presence.
Comfortable working directly with the public.

Responsibilities

Greet every service customer with genuine enthusiasm, not a script.
Document service concerns clearly and completely, the first time.
Collaborate with technicians who diagnose performance concerns with customer vehicles and translate them into a clear plan with the customer.
Coordinate with certified technicians to keep every repair on track.
Communicate proactively with customers throughout the service process, not just at drop-off and pickup.
Meet and exceed service goals, and make sure the customer’s overall experience earns their return.
