Requirements
- Previous service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow‑up skills
- Sales‑oriented mindset with an emphasis on ethical recommendations
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Comfortable learning and using dealership DMS and related software
- Commitment to delivering a positive, professional customer experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Maintain an acceptable driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Greet service customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to concerns and accurately document service needs
- Prepare and present service recommendations and estimates
- Coordinate repairs with technicians to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Provide clear updates on vehicle status throughout the repair process
- Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs
- Ensure repair orders and documentation are complete and accurate
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty and CSI performance
