Requirements
- Automotive parts experience preferred (dealer experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and catalogs
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with DMS systems preferred
- Reliable, professional, and customer‑focused
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening

- Dealer experience a plus
- Familiarity with DMS systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist service technicians by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts
- Accurately process parts requests, invoices, and repair orders
- Maintain proper inventory control and organization
- Coordinate parts availability and special orders
- Handle returns, shortages, and warranty parts as needed
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and technicians
- Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer guidelines
