Requirements

Engineering and mechanical experience
Automobile industry experience and ability to problem solve
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Competitive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Greeting clients and performing vehicle inspections and repair order recommendations
Consulting technicians about needed repairs and presenting clients with repair options to maintain the vehicle per OEM recommendations
Answering client questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
Presenting clients with insurance and warranty options for better coverage and potential savings
Overseeing and managing the service center’s scheduling and workflow
Informing clients of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
