The Service Advisor is responsible for inspecting vehicles to determine necessary repairs. This role involves visually inspecting vehicles, determining the extent of damage (body, structural, mechanical, or interior), preparing repair estimates, and communicating the repair process to customers. The Service Advisor also handles communication with customer insurance regarding damages, obtains repair authorization, completes vehicle check-ins, provides updates on repair progress and estimated timelines, and manages the total loss process. A final Quality Control inspection is performed before delivering the vehicle to the customer. The role requires adherence to all TCC's safety standards, guidelines, and procedures, along with performing other related duties as assigned.
