About The Position

Wilde Honda is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, moves with urgency, enjoys helping people, and can keep a busy service lane organized and running smoothly. As a Service Advisor, you will be the connection between our customers and technicians. You will help customers understand their vehicle needs, provide clear updates, review repair recommendations, and deliver a professional experience from the first phone call to vehicle pick-up. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a professional customer-first approach
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering repair orders
  • Confidence explaining service recommendations, pricing, and timelines
  • A sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership systems
  • Typing skills for entering repair orders efficiently and accurately
  • Basic math skills for reviewing estimates, payments, and service costs
  • A team-focused mindset and willingness to support the service department
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Service Advisor, automotive service, or dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
  • Greet customers warmly and create a positive first impression in the service lane
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and help identify vehicle service needs
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and gather accurate information for repair orders
  • Clearly explain recommended services, pricing, timelines, and next steps
  • Write accurate repair orders using ADP and dealership processes
  • Offer and review multi-point inspections with customers
  • Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer approval for recommended services
  • Communicate with technicians to understand repairs, recommendations, and completed work
  • Dispatch repair orders according to department process and workflow needs
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair or service process
  • Review completed work with customers and ensure a professional vehicle delivery experience
  • Process payments for completed service work
  • Support the Sales-to-Service process by welcoming customers and explaining the service experience
  • Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through communication, follow-up, and ownership
