Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Service Advisor or service leadership role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities
  • Track record of driving customer satisfaction and service performance
  • Professional appearance and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Oversee service drive operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-focused service at every touchpoint
  • Take ownership of the customer experience and resolve issues proactively
  • Provide concierge-level support for all customer inquiries (in person and by phone)
  • Maximize technician productivity by managing and distributing work effectively
  • Answer technical questions related to vehicle repairs, warranties, and services
  • Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSI) performance
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle concerns and coordinating parts/tools
  • Oversee warranty administration and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
  • Train, coach, and support service team members
  • Reinforce company policies and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Build strong relationships with OEM partners and internal teams
