Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in a professional repair shop.
Confident communication skills with customers.
Ability to build trust without being pushy.
Understanding of how to present work clearly and close jobs naturally.
Ability to manage multiple moving parts without getting overwhelmed.
Ability to work well with technicians and keep things flowing between the front and back of the shop.
Takes ownership of their role and does not wait to be told what to do.
Positive, team-first attitude (no drama, no ego).
