About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join their Service Team at Kendall Chevrolet of Eugene. This is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. The goal is to build lifelong service customers, and the Service Advisors are the first point of contact. The role involves interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, verifying work performed, researching vehicle history for recommendations, inputting and maintaining customer information, completing tasks efficiently, communicating with customers via telephone, email, and chat, and scheduling service appointments.

Requirements

• Proven strong customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• General knowledge of automobiles and their maintenance is preferred
• A valid driver’s license
• A good driving record
• High level customer service experience
• Demonstrate time management
• Strong work ethics
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for our customers

• Dealership experience is preferred
