About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor to join their Service Team at Kendall Chevrolet of Eugene. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. The goal is to build lifelong service customers, and the Service Advisor is the first point of contact. The role involves interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, verifying work, researching vehicle history, making recommendations, inputting customer information, and communicating with customers via telephone, email, and chat. Scheduling service appointments is also a key duty. Kendall Auto Group is a family-owned and operated company with a long history and a mission to deliver an unrivaled customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven strong customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• General knowledge of automobiles and their maintenance is preferred
• A valid driver’s license
• A good driving record
• High level customer service experience
• Ability to demonstrate time management
• Strong work ethics
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers

• Dealership experience is preferred
