Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer preferred.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional, friendly attitude.

  • Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and dealership processes.

  • Sales Orientation: Ability to recommend and present services in a professional, transparent manner.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests professionally, actively listening to their concerns, and providing clear, transparent communication.
  • Managing the repair process from intake to delivery, ensuring accurate documentation of vehicle issues and repair orders.
  • Coordinating with technicians to relay customer concerns and presenting multi-point inspection results to customers.
  • Providing accurate cost and time estimates, managing customer expectations, and coordinating with the parts department for timely repairs.
  • Verifying completed work meets dealership and factory standards to ensure total customer satisfaction.
