About The Position

Larson Volkswagen of Tacoma is hiring a Service Advisor for a busy, high-traffic service drive with consistent customer flow and strong earning potential. This is a performance-based role where income is driven by customer interaction, service recommendations, and CSI performance.

Requirements

Provide above average Customer Service.
Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not necessary.
Ability to properly handle potentially stressful situations.
Friendly, courteous, professional with a "team player" attitude.
Self-motivated to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to take direction well.
Clear and concise communication skills
Highly organized

Responsibilities

Greet customers and write repair orders
Present maintenance and repair recommendations
Communicate with technicians to manage workflow
Provide updates and manage customer expectations
Follow up on service progress and completion
Handle multiple customers and RO’s daily
