The Service Advisor is responsible for inspecting vehicles to determine necessary repairs. This role involves visually inspecting vehicles, determining the extent of damage (body, structural, mechanical, or interior), preparing repair estimates, and communicating the repair process and any updates to customers. The Service Advisor also handles insurance-related communications, obtains repair authorization, manages the total loss process, performs final quality control inspections, and delivers the vehicle to the customer upon completion of repairs. Adherence to TCC's safety standards, guidelines, and procedures is required.
