Requirements

  • Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs and part.
  • Possess mechanical and auto parts knowledge.
  • Ability to understand sales training and new product information.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Punctual, reliable and must have good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Eng/Spanish preferred.
  • Cadillac experience preferred.
  • Service advisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to determine their need in regard to repairs or maintenance that needs to be performed on their vehicle.
  • Write repair orders for new and used vehicles.
  • Acts as liaison between customer and service technicians to communicate status of repairs, communicates cost to customers, and advises on additional repair needs or costs that may arise.
  • Follow up with customers on surveys.
