Service Advisor Wanted! – Join the Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers Team! Are you a problem-solver with a passion for customer service? Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Weekend availability
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a service writer, advisor, or customer service role preferred, but not required
- Basic technical or mechanical knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
- Open and maintain work orders, ensuring accuracy of documentation.
- Communicate repair status and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly.
- Review completed work for quality and accuracy before finalizing.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
