Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems and other relevant software.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
- Advise service customers on the maintenance and repair needs of their vehicles.
- Create repair orders and manage customer expectations regarding service timelines and costs.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure efficient and timely completion of work.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
