About The Position

VVG is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in San Diego, CA for following hours: Monday-Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm! Requirements

Ability to efficiently manage and follow up with orders

Responsibilities

Greeting customers and obtaining detailed information on their vehicle
Processing paperwork and updating customers throughout the repair process
Proactively supporting all customer interactions
Ensuring our customers receive the best answer to their questions
Ensure accurate data and information is always considered
Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives
Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories to better assist customer needs.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures
