Requirements

  • Previous service advisor/writer experience required
  • RV service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understand the service process.
  • Analysis/problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrate commitment to and creative thinking for continuous improvement.
  • High ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

  • Create work orders, including working directly with the customer during the diagnostic, quoting, repair, and invoicing (or claim creation) processes.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department to ensure clear communication and excellent service.
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to schedule and track repairs efficiently.
  • Review and verify all documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and addressing questions or concerns promptly.
