Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Basic computer skills (Dealertrack/CDK experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair orders
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding vehicle status
- Provide estimates, timelines, and recommendations for repairs and maintenance
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from write-up to vehicle delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
