About The Position
We are seeking a Service Advisor for Ottawa Honda. This position offers flexible weekday hours and Saturdays. The role involves generating service order estimations and quotes for customers, scheduling appointments, maintaining an organized schedule, and conducting post-repair follow-up and customer service. You will be responsible for explaining cost and service time requirements, educating customers on work completed and any cost adjustments, and working with limited supervision. The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with exceptional customer service skills and follow-up.
