About The Position

Big O Tires is seeking a results-driven Automotive Service Advisor who takes pride in delivering a high-level customer experience while consistently driving sales. This position is designed for a professional who knows how to build trust, communicate clearly, and guide customers through service decisions with confidence. In our high-volume environment, there is consistent opportunity for a motivated advisor to perform at a high level and be recognized for it. As a Service Advisor, you will manage the customer experience from initial contact through completion of service. This includes identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Successful candidates are comfortable leading conversations, making recommendations, and closing sales while maintaining professionalism and trust.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of tire and automotive service advisor or sales experience
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
  • Strong knowledge of tires, alignments, and maintenance services
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Build customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a consistent, high-quality experience
  • Greet customers promptly and establish clear expectations for service
  • Listen to customer concerns and identify additional service opportunities
  • Present tire, alignment, and maintenance recommendations based on vehicle condition
  • Use digital inspections and supporting information to clearly communicate needs
  • Provide accurate estimates and gain customer approval for recommended work
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the service process
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Achieve sales goals and maintain strong performance metrics
  • Stay current on products, services, warranties, and maintenance requirements
  • Adhere to Big O Tires policies and procedures
  • Assist team members as needed to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain a clean and professional showroom and work environment
  • Assist with inventory, receiving, and general store operations
  • Follow all safety practices and company standards
