Responsibilities

Greeting customers upon their arrival in the maintenance area.
Listening attentively to their vehicle concerns and conducting thorough inspections.
Proactively checking for recalls and retrieving crucial vehicle information.
Maintaining customer rapport by explaining estimates and providing daily updates.
Submitting documentation for warranty repair orders.
Handling customer relations on a per-need basis.
Verifying warranty and service contract coverage.
Preparing detailed repair orders.
Obtaining necessary approvals.
Monitoring repair work to ensure timely completion.
Reviewing completed jobs, collecting payments, and efficiently closing out service orders.
