About The Position

This is a great opportunity for an experienced advisor looking to grow within a respected brand. The California pay range for this position is $ $64,500.00-$161,800.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with BMW or other luxury brands
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player who works well with technicians, advisors, and management
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

  • CDK experience is a plus
