Toyota Service Advisor/Writer
About The Position
Toyota on Edens is part of the Gurley Leep Automotive Family, a family-owned company with 24 locations across five states and more than 1,200 team members. With over 44 years in the automotive industry, we continue to grow and are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the connection between our customers and service team—helping customers understand their vehicle’s needs, recommending maintenance and repairs, and making sure every visit is a great experience. Your communication and follow-through will help build lasting customer relationships and loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of service writing experience in a dealership.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive knowledge and experience.
- DealerTrack experience.
- Xtime experience.
Responsibilities
- Connect customers with the service team.
- Help customers understand their vehicle's needs.
- Recommend maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure a great customer experience during service visits.
