Requirements

• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Must love working in a team.
• Must be customer service focused.
• Must have a winning attitude.

• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible, all while ensuring you provide an excellent experience for our customers.
• Oversee service and warranty work orders.
• Assist in shop workflow.
• Check-in equipment for repair.
• Assist customers.
