About The Position

Pape’ Kenworth is seeking a Service Advisor / Writer to join their team in Sacramento. This role involves ensuring efficient opening, maintenance, proofing, and closing of service department work orders while providing an excellent customer experience. The Service Advisor / Writer will oversee service and warranty work orders, assist with shop workflow, check in equipment for repair, and support customers. The ideal candidate is a team player with a customer service focus and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed efficiently.
