About The Position
V & H Automotive is looking for a motivated, organized and customer-focused Service Advisor / Service Writer to join their growing team. As the link between customers and technicians, this role plays a key part in creating an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Automotive knowledge or dealership/service advisor experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Valid driver's license with good driving history
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns
- Schedule service appointments and prepare repair orders
- Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance in a clear, professional manner
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
