About The Position
Smart Hyundai is part of the Gurley Leep Automotive Family, a family-owned automotive group with 24 locations across five states and more than 1,500 team members. We’re looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience from check-in to vehicle pick-up.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Automotive knowledge and 1 year of dealership experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive and team-oriented attitude
- Automotive knowledge and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and accurately document their vehicle concerns
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and technician recommendations
- Prepare repair orders and provide clear estimates
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians and the service team to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Review completed work with customers and explain recommendations
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business
